The Barking Beagle Breadworks is a licensed cottage bakery specializing in small batch, hand-made, sourdough breads using all organic flours. The more 'grainy' flours are locally sourced and milled whenever possible.

Most of my breads are made with stone-ground, high extraction flours - meaning they are less-refined and retain over 80% of the nutrition of whole grains. I also plan to bake a small variety of yeast-raised breads using slow-rise methods for great flavor.
